This role will supervise key accounting functions, including financial accounting, accounts payable, and payroll, while ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.\nThe Accounting Supervisor will lead and develop accounting team members, drive process improvements, and collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to support the organization’s financial operations and continued growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general accounting, accounts payable, and payroll.\nLead, develop, and evaluate accounting staff, including onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management.\nMaintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to minimize financial risk.\nOversee the preparation of periodic financial statements and annual corporate financial reporting.\nEnsure financial reporting complies with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and applicable reporting standards.\nCoordinate annual audit activities and provide requested financial statements, documentation, and supporting information to external auditors.\nReview budget reports and collaborate with departments on annual budget preparation.\nCoordinate preparation of the corporate tax return with appropriate internal and external partners.\nMonitor compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of five years of relevant accounting experience.\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly preferred.\nPrior management or supervisory experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, and tax preparation.\nProficiency with accounting and tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to accuracy and compliance.\nWhy Join Panoramic Health?\nAt Panoramic Health, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing healthcare organization.
