You’ll lead internal staff and external partners to deliver consistent, brand-aligned service that enhances the educational experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBrand Management & Site Standards\nServe as the primary custodian of brand and technology standards across school sites, ensuring physical and digital technology assets consistently represent the organization’s values and expectations.\nConduct routine site inspections to verify adherence to our technology standards, field technician effectiveness, equipment setup, and user experience meet defined guidelines.\nUse checklists, site photos/videos, and feedback to monitor adherence and suggest improvements that align with school branding and user satisfaction.\nCollaborate with school leaders to reinforce standards and address gaps with practical, empathetic solutions.\nTechnical Operations & Oversight\nEnsure operational readiness of all technology systems across assigned schools, including hardware, software, networking, and security devices.\nManage and maintain inspection checklists and visit protocols (weekly, monthly, seasonal) to enforce predictable, high-quality service delivery.\nRespond quickly and professionally to all escalations from school leadership, providing support during and outside of regular business hours as needed.\nField Leadership & Partner Management\nMentor and guide internal technicians, fostering professional growth and encouraging accountability and excellence.\nOversee external service providers to ensure compliance with contracts, timelines, and brand expectations.\nPromote a service-oriented mindset, strengthening relationships with school administrators (Head of School, Directors, Regional VPs) through reliable communication and responsiveness.\nStrategic Feedback & Planning\nProvide actionable feedback based on site visits and system data to support equipment lifecycle planning and procurement.\nSupport IT leadership with seasonal forecasts and insights drawn from direct field interactions.\nAdvocate for technology enhancements that improve consistency, ease of use, and brand presence across educational environments.\nAdministrative & Documentation Responsibilities\nMaintain comprehensive documentation on projects, site visits, equipment performance, and procedures.\nUse help desk and ticketing systems to log support activities, trends, and team performance.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and user training materials.\nRequirements:\nAssociate Degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience.\nExperience in educational or school-based environments preferred.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills; able to support users while reinforcing technical and brand standards.\nDemonstrated ability to manage technical staff and partner vendors.\nHigh emotional intelligence and situational awareness when working with school leaders and staff.\nWillingness to travel overnight (up to 25%) and adapt work hours based on school site needs.\nAble to lift 50 lbs. and meet physical demands of school site work.\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation.\nCompensation and Benefits:The compensation and benefits information below is accurate as of the date of this posting.
