The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and development teams to analyze business processes, design system solutions, and drive successful project delivery.The role requires strong analytical thinking, system design capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC).Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Requirement AnalysisGather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.Transform business needs into functional and system requirements.Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Use Cases.System Analysis & Solution DesignAnalyze existing systems and identify improvement opportunities.Design end-to-end system solutions aligned with business objectives.Create process flow diagrams, system workflow diagrams, and data flow diagrams.Develop system integration specifications and API requirements.Ensure proposed solutions meet scalability, security, and performance standards.Project Delivery & CoordinationAct as the liaison between business users and technical teams.Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and Project Managers.Support project estimation, planning, and solution feasibility assessment.Monitor requirement changes and assess project impact.Testing & Quality AssurancePrepare test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.Investigate issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.Documentation & GovernanceMaintain complete project and system documentation.Ensure compliance with SDLC, internal standards, and best practices.Support knowledge transfer and training for business users.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related fields.\n\nStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\n\nMinimum 7 years of experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, or Solution Design.\n\nExperience in Web Application and Enterprise System development projects.\n\nSolid knowledge of Database Design and SQL.\n\nExperience with API Integration, RESTful Services, and System
