Pantheon currently manages approximately $82.3 billion in AUM across all its strategies, serving more than 750 institutional and 638 private wealth clients worldwide\nFor further details please visit www.pantheon.com\nPurpose of the Position \nThe Investment Associate will support the Global Infrastructure & Real Assets Investment team by providing transaction support in deal execution (GP-led secondaries, LP portfolio secondaries, co-investments, and primary fund selection), asset management, and other ad-hoc projects and initiatives to promote growth of the team and wider business.\nKey Responsibilities: \nEvaluate investment opportunities through financial modeling and due diligence\nPrepare and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee on deal findings and other analyses\nAssist with deal closing processes alongside the Investment Structuring Team and legal counsel\nRepresent team and build rapport with partners and counterparties by attending GP/company board meetings, industry events, and other ad-hoc meetings\nMonitor and assist in the management of existing portfolio companies and investments\nSupport client and fundraising requests and participate in client and fundraising meetings\nConduct market and sector research for use in pitchbooks, client materials or external publications\nKnowledge and Experience Required:\nPrior knowledge and deal experience (2-4 years) in infrastructure & real assets, private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or related roles\nStrong financial modelling skills, ability to understand financial statements, interpret and calculate key financial metrics\nAbility to learn quickly, take initiative and handle a large amount of responsibility early on\nInterest in working in a fast-paced deal execution environment with the ability to perform well under pressure with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines\nSelf-motivated and resourceful; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results\nStrong problem solving, influencing and relationship building skills - ability to build relationships internally and externally with General Partners, clients, brokers, consultants, and management teams\nStrong communication skills and attention to detail\nWillingness to travel on a varying basis\nThis job description is not to be construed as an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities, or requirements.
