You'll partner with our HR team, plant leadership, and employees to support the people and processes that keep our operations moving.\nEMPLOYEE RELATIONS & SUPPORT\nServe as an approachable, trusted resource for employees, helping answer HR questions and navigate workplace concerns.\n\nSupport employee relations initiatives and help foster a positive, respectful, and engaging work environment.\n\nConduct stay and exit interviews to better understand employee experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nPartner with HR leadership to address employee concerns and support consistent application of company policies.\n\nTALENT ACQUISITION & ONBOARDING\nSupport recruitment and hiring activities for hourly production employees, interns, and temporary associates.\n\nCoordinate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support job postings, interviews, and hiring activities.\n\nLead site-level onboarding activities, ensuring new employees feel welcomed, informed, and prepared for success.\n\nFacilitate new-hire orientation and communicate company policies, benefits, and workplace expectations.\n\nSupport employee offboarding and transitions.\n\nEMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & RETENTION\nAssist in developing and coordinating employee recognition programs, engagement activities, and workplace events.\n\nSupport engagement surveys and employee feedback initiatives.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction, workplace culture, and retention.\n\nHelp create an environment where employees feel connected, recognized, and supported.\n\nHR OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE\nMaintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance information, and HR documentation.\n\nSupport payroll processes, benefits administration, and employee data management using HRIS systems.\n\nMaintain headcount and staffing reports.\n\nEnsure HR processes and documentation comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.\n\nAssist with the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.\n\nMaintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate handling of sensitive employee information.\n\nHR REPORTING & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT\nPrepare HR reports and track key metrics to support business decisions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.\n\nPartner with plant leadership and the HR Director to support workforce planning and operational priorities.\n\nParticipate in workplace safety initiatives, training activities, and HR projects.\n\nSupport additional HR responsibilities and initiatives as needed.\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nWe're looking for someone who brings a strong HR foundation, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping people succeed.\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\n\n1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar position.\n\nPrevious experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment is a plus.\n\nWorking knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment laws.\n\nExperience working with an HRIS system.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive responsibilities.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.\n\nHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.\n\nYou don't have to know everything on day one.
