PAPADOPOULOS S.A., is seeking to employ a driven & committed:\nDemand Planner\nto join our Demand Planning team.\nThe role:\nThe Demand Planner will develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, combining sales data with commercial insights to support product availability and effective inventory management. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and the four Plant, the role will contribute to the company’s OP process and the continuous improvement of demand planning.\nHow you will contribute:\nDevelop and update demand forecasts by SKU, product category, customer and planning horizon, incorporating historical sales, seasonality and market trends.\nCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to incorporate promotional activities, new product launches, commercial agreements and portfolio changes into the demand plan.\nSupport the S&OP process by preparing demand reviews and coordinating inputs to establish a consensus demand plan.\nMonitor actual sales against forecasts, investigate deviations and recommend improvements to forecasting assumptions and methods.\nTrack forecast accuracy and bias, identifying opportunities to improve planning reliability.\nCommunicate demand changes, risks and opportunities to Supply Planning, supporting actions to reduce stock-outs, excess inventory and obsolescence.\nPrepare demand reports and dashboards, maintain data quality and contribute to improvements in planning tools and processes.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.\nRelevant experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain analysis, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\nAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP and demand planning systems.\nUnderstanding of forecasting methods and the S&OP process.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align inputs from different teams.\nAttention to detail, strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nExcellent command of Greek and
