Responsibilities\nLead, coach, and develop Sales Representatives and Merchandisers, setting clear priorities and strengthening their skills and performance.\nManage commercial agreements within your area of responsibility and develop customer action plans to achieve sales targets.\nImplement the Company’s commercial policy and brand development plans across the assigned territory and trade channels.\nCoordinate and support commercial partners in your region to drive sales growth and achieve shared objectives.\nMaximise in-store execution and brand visibility through effective use of customer-specific tools and promotional opportunities.\nBuild trusted relationships with customers and partners, acting as an ambassador of the Company’s values and principles.\nAnalyse market trends, sales performance, and promotional effectiveness, recommending targeted action plans.\nIdentify and implement improvements to processes, ways of working, and team effectiveness.\nQualifications & Skills\n Experience in field sales (at least five years) within FMCG, ideally including team supervision.\nAbility to analyse sales data and turn insights into practical actions.\nStrong leadership, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.\nInitiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach.\nUniversity degree\nExcellent knowledge of MS Office.\nVery good command of English.\nWillingness to travel regularly within the assigned
