The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of electromechanical equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance, while managing a technical team and collaborating with external partners.\nKey Responsibilities\nOrganize, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance technical team\nEnsure proper operation of electromechanical equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance\nRespond promptly and effectively to emergency breakdowns\nMonitor technical projects and maintenance activities to ensure adherence to timelines\nCoordinate and communicate with external contractors and suppliers\nManage spare parts procurement and warehouse inventory\nPrepare technical reports and provide regular updates to management\nRequired Qualifications\nDegree in Engineering (University / Technological Institute)\nMinimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment\nProven experience in managing technical teams, contractors, and spare parts\nStrong technical knowledge of electrical & industrial systems and automation\n(control panels, motors, inverters, PLC, Siemens TIA Portal, SCADA)\nAbility to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings\nKnowledge of preventive maintenance practices, including use of IoT sensors for predictive maintenance\nStrong digital skills: ERP systems (SAP), CMMS, MS Office, AutoCAD\nVery good command of English\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in technical or industrial projects\nProject management experience or related roles\nProject Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2)\nKnowledge of project management tools
