The leading Greek Biscuits & Bakery company E.J. PAPADOPOULOS S.A. is seeking to employ a talented, driven & committed:

Sales Representative

to join our Sales Team in Athens, reporting to the Field Sales Manager.

The Role

As a key member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of retail points of sale within your assigned territory, driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring excellent in-store execution.

How You Will Contribute

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of retail customers, building strong and long-term business relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
• Ensure product availability, optimal shelf placement, visibility, and effective execution of promotional activities at points of sale.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the Company's presence within the assigned market.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing valuable feedback to the Sales Management Team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of commercial plans and sales initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple customers.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good command of English.
• Valid driver's license.
