You'll own the engineering, build, and delivery of reusable AI-powered workflow automations across business functions, e.g., Sales, RevOps, Finance, Support, Operations. You'll translate business needs into scalable AI solutions - agents, scripted automations, and integration infrastructure - and connect them to core business systems. You'll work closely with BU stakeholders and the AI Products team to turn AI capabilities into measurable business impact.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and deploy production-grade AI workflows and intelligent agents using orchestration tools, LLM frameworks, and business logic \nLead initiatives independently: define scope, translate requirements into designs, build, test, roll out, and iterate \nPartner with BU stakeholders and IT to map processes, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize high-ROI automation opportunities \nWork alongside the AI Business Champion function to ensure workflows are adopted and scaled across teams \nOwn adoption metrics: track usage, workflow completion rates, efficiency gains, and business outcomes.
