to managing and paying employees in over 160 countries.\nWe're looking for a Global Payroll & EOR Onboarding Implementation Manager to join our Operations teams!\nKey Responsibilities\n Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for Global Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce management solutions.\nAct as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful client experience.\nConduct discovery sessions to understand client payroll, HR, compliance, operational, and business requirements.\nDevelop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.\nGuide clients through platform configuration, data migration, testing, payroll validation, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization.\nCollaborate closely with Payroll Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to ensure successful delivery and seamless handover.\nSupport integrations between payroll, HRIS, ERP, and other third-party systems.\nIdentify project risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, implementing mitigation plans when needed.\nLeverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve implementation efficiency, documentation quality, project delivery, and client outcomes.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\n4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, consulting, project management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles.\n3+ years of experience within payroll, global payroll, EOR, HR technology, or workforce management environments.\nProven experience managing complex implementation projects from discovery through go-live.\nStrong understanding of payroll operations, onboarding processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management solutions.\nExperience working with HRIS, payroll, ERP, or workforce management platforms.\nExcellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nDemonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, project execution, documentation, data analysis, and operational efficiency.\nComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.\nNice to have\nNice to Have\nExperience with Salesforce or Salesforce-based applications.\nExperience with integrations, APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems.\nExperience supporting multinational organizations and global workforce solutions.\nFamiliarity with Generative
