The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.\nWe are looking for a hands-on IT Team Leader to own our corporate IT operations and employee technology experience.\nYou will administer Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Slack; manage devices and SaaS applications; and use AI and automation to streamline IT workflows.\nThe role works closely with Security, People, and Finance.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the IDP administration, including SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, groups, policies, and application integrations.\nAdminister Google Workspace and Slack, including users, permissions, security settings, and collaboration standards.\nManage macOS and Windows endpoints through MDM, including enrollment, configuration, patching, software deployment, and compliance.\nTake ownership of employee lifecycle, access provisioning, equipment delivery, and day-to-day IT support.\nManage SaaS applications, IT assets, licenses, vendors, renewals, and cost optimization.\nManage the A/V and Video conferencing rooms, equipment and systems.\nManage the Helpdesk team members\nBuild AI-enabled automations and integrations for repetitive IT processes using APIs, scripts, or workflow platforms.\nManage wired, wireless and virtual networks infrastructure.\nPartner with the CISO on identity, endpoint security, compliance, and incident response.\nMaintain clear documentation, procedures, inventories, and service metrics.\nRequirements\n6+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role.\n2+ years of management/leadership experience (managing at least 1-2 direct reports).\nStrong hands-on experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Slack- Must\nStrong macOS administration skills and working knowledge of Windows environments.\nExperience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.\nExperience with AI automation, APIs, scripting, or low-code workflow platforms.\nGood understanding of identity and access management, SaaS administration, endpoint security, and IT service management.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with a proactive and service-oriented approach.\nPreferred Experience:\nSupporting a growing technology company and working with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.\nn8n, or similar
