Along the way, we have continued to invest in new verticals, establishing papernest as a high-performing, innovative, and competitive scale-up in a fast-growing market.\nWith over 900 employees, we are strengthening our position as a European market leader.\nIn this role you will:\n\nThe position of Sales Operations is at one time rich, intense and technical.\nYour role will be simple: to make papernest grow using both simple and effective tools and processes.\nThe Sales Ops position is highly cross-functional, at the intersection of the needs of multiple teams and countries (France, Spain, Italy...).\nIt will not only allow you to enrich and greatly develop your technical skills (CRM, user experience, data analysis, code), but also to leverage your leadership and project management qualities.\nYou will join our Sales Ops team starting in January 2027 for a 6 months internship, at the heart of the company and papernest's strategic challenges.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with Tech Team to develop processes automation (Jira, Salesforce Flow, no-code tools like Make...)\nHelp to analyze sales data and deploy action plan to achieve operational targetsUse existing dashboards and improve our data visualization\nTake actions to correct discrepancies and achieve objectives\nCommunicate results to key stakeholders\n\nAssist the Sales Ops Lead to manage the offer portfolioSet up the offer and prices in the back office\nCoordinate with other teams (training, product, operations management) to release or update offers\n\nResolve operational and technical incidents on a daily basis\nCollaborate with Sales to optimize processes and participate in continuous improvement using Lean methodology (Value Stream Map, shadowing,etc…)\nPreferred Profile\nCuriosity and a desire to learn, especially in the areas of data and technology\nThe Sales Operations position will quickly lead you to master all our technical tools (Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Jira, Github...)\nKnowledge of at least one programming language (SQL, Python, Java, JSON...) is a plus\nAnalytical mindset: rationalize issues, find pragmatic solutions and draft action plans\n\"Hands-on\": Ability to be on the field and perform daily tasks\nOwnership: Autonomy, ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously\nEnthusiastic: Positive attitude and communication, creative problem-solving approach\nTeam player\nFluent in English and Spanish / French.
