What started as a DME ePrescribing tool has become the order management platform of choice for home medical equipment.\nJoin our team and make a difference in patient care.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProject Management & Digital Transformations\nLead end-to-end project management for onboarding HME Providers of medical equipment and supplies to the Parachute Platform, ensuring smooth transitions and meeting critical timelines. Partner with HME Provider leaders to drive rapid growth of Digital Ordering across the marketplace, applying a consultative approach to tailor the experience to each customer's goals and operational needs.\nDelegate specific project tasks to Implementation Associate to support a faster implementation timeline. Oversee and project-manage these specialists, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule, and adjusting resources as needed to maintain project momentum.\nStrategic Activations\nImplement our innovative suite of product features (AI Intake, Documentation & Signature requests, etc) making Parachute Platform a digital command center for patient needs. Work closely with HME Providers and internal partners (Sales & Customer Success) to optimize activation strategies and streamline platform adoption, coordinating milestones, setting objectives, and tracking performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.\nData Reporting & Analysis\nLeverage your consulting skills to develop, interpret, and present actionable insights that guide partnerships forward. Collaborate cross-functionally to address HME Provider opportunities and challenges, using data to support decision-making and enhance the value of our partnerships.\nProcess Improvement & Optimization\nIdentify, design, and execute process improvements to enhance onboarding and transformation efficiency. Apply project management principles to implement best practices, reduce friction points, and increase operational effectiveness within the HME Provider onboarding journey.\nNew Product Launch Consulting\nCollaborate with customers to introduce our simple, user-centric experiences and support new product launches. Act as a consultant to communicate product benefits and gather feedback, providing critical insights to the Product team to refine our offerings.\nPartner Training & Enablement\nLead customized demos and training sessions to equip partners with a comprehensive understanding of the Parachute Platform. Utilize change management techniques to support end users throughout the training process, ensuring they feel confident and empowered.\nTechnical Integrations & Interoperability\nDevelop deep expertise in Parachute Platform interoperability and consult on API integration best practices to enhance seamless connections with our supplier partners’ systems.
