You will work closely with cross functional teams across the company. We're looking for someone with strong experience in distributed systems and hands-on experience building on blockchain smart contract platforms. You'll work in a dynamic cross-functional team, building high-impact features that directly benefit our users. Some projects will focus on enhancing the customer experience, while others will tackle challenges of scalability, integrations, and performance optimizations.\nWhat You'll Do\nProtocol Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of a decentralized protocol for crypto derivatives trading, including developing, testing, and deploying systems and smart contracts.\n\nAPI and SDK Development: Design and develop APIs and SDKs to support robust trade execution services.\n\nSystem Monitoring: Own monitoring, alarming, analytics, and reporting for all services you build, ensuring they meet high performance and responsiveness standards.\n\nEffective Communication: Collaborate and communicate requirements effectively within and across teams to ensure alignment on project goals.\n\nWhat You Bring\nProven Experience: 5+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally from ideation to launch within a strong engineering team.\n\nTechnical Expertise: Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with modern programming languages like Javascript, Python, Golang, Java, C++.
