Your work directly impacts the guest experience, making every plate count.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPrepare and cook menu items following recipes and brand standards\nEnsure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning at all times\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment\nFollow all food safety and sanitation regulations and procedures\nProperly store, label, and rotate food items\nOperate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently\nAssist with inventory, restocking, and prep planning\nCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations\nAdapt to high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail\nSupport overall kitchen operations and assist where needed\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment preferred\nFood safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) required by state\nStrong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nComfortable working in high-heat environments and standing for extended periods\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties\nAVAILABILITY:\nMust be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nParadies Lagardere is an equal opportunity employer.
