We specialize in experiences.\nThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the warehouse operations both on and off the airport site. Warehouse Associate’s must have the ability to perform shipping and receiving functions including, unloading trucks, pulling product, packing, delivery, stocking, and providing daily maintenance/recovery for the different concepts within the platform. Providing a safe work environment of trust and respect free of harassment is expected.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAll Paradies Lagardère positions, including the Warehouse Associate, require that you embody a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members. These requirements/functions may change throughout their employment.\nMust have a passion for the guest! \nMust say “Yes”, “Please”, and “Thank You”! \nMust smile often! \nExceed First Class Service standards and behavior with guests, business partners, and peers. \nMaintain a professional company image by adhering to all grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip resistant shoes. \nMust have the ability to communicate and partner with the General Manager, vendors, and airport staff to ensure proper compliance to rules and regulations for deliveries and movement of merchandise throughout the platform. \nProvide best in class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution. \nProper utilization and respect for company issued tools and resources, with applications based on security practices of work environment. \nCreate and maintain good working relationships with fellow Associates. \nMaintain warehouse appearance with respect to creating a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations, housekeeping, and maintenance standards. \nEfficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfer transactions, etc. on our handheld or Company equipment. \nEfficiently and accurately complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.). \nEnsure consistent application of stock security as per defined processes. \nBe able to resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required. \nIdentify and report to Management discrepancies according to defined process. \nAccountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws and regulations including those relating to food safety. \nFollows correct First In, First Out process. \nMaintain good time management. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:\nHigh School diploma or GED is required. \nServSafe Food Handlers certification or equivalent, as required by brand and local, state, and federal jurisdictions \nMinimum 1-year of Food and Beverage or Retail warehouse and/or customer service experience required. \nAble to prioritize and handle several projects at once. \nAbility to take direction and collaborate in a team environment. \nAbility to work in a high energy and demanding environment. \nKnowledge of math to figure cost, make change, and verify invoices. \nEffective communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members. \nAble to work unsupervised for extensive periods, and to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with customers and peers. \nPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:\nAbility to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends. \nExcellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively in English. \nStrong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills. \nPositive interpersonal skills. \nSelf-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously. \nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations. \nProficiency required in reading, writing and mathematics in English. \nAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances. \nStanding for long periods of time and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures. \nThis position description is merely intended to describe the primary elements of the position.
