You will help guide projects from initial discovery through testing and delivery, ensuring that the solutions we build are practical, reliable, and easy to use.\nThis opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys asking thoughtful questions, organizing complex information, solving problems, and helping technical and nontechnical teams work toward a shared goal.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand business processes, challenges, and project goals.\nGather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and software requirements.\nTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.\nFacilitate requirement discussions and help stakeholders reach clarity and alignment.\nWork with software engineers, QA professionals, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.\nDefine acceptance criteria that support effective testing and confirm that delivered solutions meet business and user needs.\nIdentify and document business or system problems, assess their potential impact, and help evaluate practical solutions.\nTrack system issues and questions through resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.\nCoordinate or participate in testing for new features, enhancements, and system modifications.\nHelp establish project timeframes and clarify internal and stakeholder deliverables.\nMaintain accurate, organized, and accessible project documentation.\nAssist with training materials and user guidance associated with new solutions.\nParticipate in Agile activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\nContribute ideas that improve business analysis processes, tools, documentation, and team practices.\nValidate new features and help support software that is dependable, scalable, and ready for future needs.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nThree to five years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, software delivery, or a closely related area.\nExperience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.\nExperience creating user stories and clear, testable acceptance criteria.\nFamiliarity with Agile software development practices.\nExperience working with developers, QA professionals, project managers, and business stakeholders.\nExperience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or a similar requirements and work-tracking platform.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to explain technical and business concepts clearly to different audiences.\nStrong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.\nAbility to facilitate discussions, manage competing priorities, and help teams reach decisions.\nStrong problem-solving and customer-service skills.\nAbility to adapt as requirements, priorities, or business needs change.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.\nA collaborative approach and willingness to take ownership of issues through resolution.\nEducation\nA bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field is preferred.
