This involves tasks such as exporting, importing, processing, and cleansing data. Our work revolves around Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes, playing a critical role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our customers.\nThis team is dedicated to enhancing the customer journey, with opportunities to improve processes and develop better tools. Our team is made up of smart, engaged, and collaborative individuals who are passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our customers.\nIn this role, you will:\n Understand data requirements of the clients and create migration plans\nWrite scripts to perform data transformations and validations on imported data: Contacts, Financial Data, Matters/Cases, etc.\nWork with customers to troubleshoot and solve their issues\nProvide superb customer service throughout the data migration process\nEfficiently manage inbound migration queue and set the right expectation with stakeholders\nEnhance the overall migration process for successful implementation and operation\nMonitor, document, and report progress of the data migration plan at project level\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\n1+ year of programming/scripting experience, specifically with Python\n1+ year of data transformation, data pipeline, data analytics\nProficiency with relational database technology such as SQLServer, MySQL, or similar\n2+ years experience and proficiency with Excel.
