We're on a mission to revolutionize home care and are looking for passionate individuals to help us make a lasting, positive impact.\nPosition Snapshot\n\nAs an Implementation Manager, you support new and existing customers, guiding them through each phase of the RCM onboarding process to ensure a smooth and successful transition. This position is well-suited for a problem-solver who is passionate about helping customers progress during each phase of onboarding. You will play a critical role in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes efficiently. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver who is passionate about customer success and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement in departmental processes. This position reports to the Director of Implementation and Enrollments.\nCore Responsibilities\nLead kickoff to collect practice demographics, NPIs/Tax IDs, payer mix, service lines, and current A/R posture\nBuild a clear onboarding plan with milestones (enrollments, EDI/ERA/EFT, portal access, training, pilot, go-live) and owners\nFacilitate clearinghouse setup and EDI/ERA/EFT enrollments; obtain and manage payer/VA/Medicaid portal access and roles\nDefine submission schedules, reconciliation processes, and handoffs between provider staff and our Billing/Collections teams\nExecute the go-live checklist;
