You will take ownership of complex problems by leveraging tools such as SQL, agile backlog platforms, and process modeling techniques to inform decisions and guide work from concept through delivery, testing, and adoption.\n\nSuccessful candidates are proactive, highly curious, and capable of leading complex initiatives in evolving business environments. They bring strong analytical and technical acumen, take initiative without waiting for direction, and serve as a trusted advisor who elevates conversations from “what” to “why” and “what’s next.” This position is ideal for someone who enjoys influencing outcomes, mentoring through clarity, and driving alignment across business, development, and QA teams to deliver solutions that create lasting value.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements\nLead requirements elicitation and document business, functional and non-functional requirements through formal business analysis practices.\nAnalyze current systems, workflows, procedures, and operational needs to identify gaps, assess feasibility, and recommend improvements.\nEvaluate the impact of corporate initiatives and business objectives on existing applications and processes for ways to deliver maximum value.\nGather and define input, output, reporting, and data requirements to support system enhancements and innovative solutions.\nSolution Design & Delivery\nDevelop functional, conceptual, and logical design documentation, data models, and business case materials.\nSupport UAT strategy, scenario development, business participation, defect triage, traceability and business sign-off activities.\nMaintain user engagement throughout analysis, development, and implementation, and obtain sign-off from scope through delivery.\nCreate and maintain system documentation and contribute to implementation, conversion, and change control plans.\nCoordinate approved changes through development, testing, and production release processes.\nEvaluate automation opportunities and AI-enabled solutions that improve business outcome, user experience and operation efficiency.\nOperational Support & Collaboration\nSupport operations and finance systems through implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.\nPartners with developers, operations, DBAs, project managers, business users, vendors, and consultants to resolve issues and deliver solutions.\nAssist with complex datasets, reports, data-related production issues, and approved solution testing and deployment.\nEvaluate packaged software and serve as a liaison for technical issues between vendors, IT, and business stakeholders as needed.\nResearch and recommend new or replacement solutions aligned to operational and strategic business needs.\nLeadership & Communication\nCollaborate with business partners to shape a long-term vision and drive ongoing backlog prioritization toward delivering that vision.\nPartner with project managers, development and QA leads to lead digital product team through development life cycle.\nMentor and guide less experienced business analysts through work review, coaching, and knowledge sharing.\nSupport development of training materials, training plans, and user education for new or enhanced systems.\nEnsure affected functional areas are informed and prepared for system changes, implementations, and conversions.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree is preferred in a health-related field, business, computer science, or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.\n10 or more years of work experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field, with three (3) of those years in the healthcare industry;
