In this role, you will manage referral requests from start to finish, ensuring accurate data entry, appropriate assignment, and timely communication with customers. This position demonstrates a customer-first mindset through a commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers, including injured workers, payors, clients, providers, stakeholders, and internal teams. By fully leveraging Paradigm’s solutions, delivering consistently high-quality service, and collaborating effectively with internal and external partners, we create an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a virtual team to ensure referrals are processed efficiently and accurately. Position is remote.\nLocation: Fully remote | Hourly Range: $20–$21 per hour\nHours: Monday – Friday, working 10a to 7p CST\nResponsibilities:\nManaging the referral email inboxes.\nAssigning, entering and fulfilling referrals submitted in the ALARISware System.\nAttending ongoing training/calls as needed.\nAble to decipher geographical locations accurately and make accurate decisions based on such.\nHandling of re-opening cases.\nProcessing any payor, insurer, jurisdiction, claim number or case type changes on an open case.\nUtilizes AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance output quality.
