Alongside a passion for outstanding game visuals, you should be able to adapt your personal style and workflow to meet each project's unique requirements.\nWhat you will be doing:\nCreate high-quality 3D assets and environments from start to finish, including modeling, texturing, and UV mapping.\n\nCreate animations for assets where the game calls for it.\n\nIntegrate assets into Unity, ensuring they look great and function correctly in-game.\n\nWork closely with the Art Director and the developers on your team to maintain visual consistency and efficient workflows.\n\nOptimize assets to ensure high performance without sacrificing visual quality.\n\nRequirements:\nStrong 3D art portfolio showing a good grasp of form, texture, and environments, whether realistic or stylized.\n\nProficiency in Blender, including modeling, texturing, and animation.\n\nRelevant experience in the game industry, with a solid understanding of how assets function within a game engine.\n\nHow to stand out from the crowd:\nStrong animation experience, ideally shown in your portfolio.\n\nPractical experience working within Unity (e.g., shaders, materials, or scene setup).\n\nExperience guiding or reviewing work from external partners.\n\nExperience applying AI tools within a game art pipeline.\n\nExperience adapting your work to different art styles, from realistic to stylized.\n\nOur office is located within a walking distance from downtown Tampere.
