If you have a strong interest in business law and want to work closely with an international gaming business, this is an opportunity to grow within a listed company operating in a genuinely creative and fun industry.\nYour mission\nAs Legal Counsel, you will support the business with legal advice across a broad range of business matters, with a particular focus on intellectual property and commercial agreements. Your work will include areas such as:\nAdvise on intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademarks, licensing and the protection and exploitation of game-related IP,\n\nDraft, review and negotiate commercial agreements,\n\nProvide pragmatic legal support on a wide variety of operational matters, including office-related questions, content, marketing and other business initiatives, and\n\nAdvise on legal aspects of AI, including the adoption and use of AI tools, relevant regulatory developments and internal guidance and processes.\n\nYou will also contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, templates and ways of working, including the use of AI and legal tech tools to increase efficiency within and accessibility to the legal function.\nThe role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization as well as coordination with external legal counsel when needed.\nRequirements\nAt least 4 years of experience working with business law, either as a corporate lawyer or at a law firm\n\nExperience with intellectual property law, preferably copyright and licensing\n\nExperience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in law\n\nStrong business judgement and ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives\n\nProblem-solving attitude\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\n\nFluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written\n\nAn interest in AI, emerging technologies and improving legal processes is important.
