Paradromics is building a brain-computer interface (BCI) platform that records brain activity at the highest possible resolution: the individual neuron. AI algorithms then decode this massive amount of brain-data, enabling the seamless translation of thought into treatments.\n Our first clinical application, the Connexus® BCI, will help people who are unable to speak, due to ALS, spinal cord injuries and stroke, to communicate independently through digital devices. However, the capabilities of our BCI platform go far beyond our first application. With the brain in direct communication with digital devices, we can leverage technology to transform how we treat conditions ranging from sensory and motor deficits to untreatable mental illness.\n The Role\nParadromics is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Coordinator to keep daily manufacturing operations organized and running smoothly. In this role, you will coordinate manufacturing schedules based on build plans and development needs, resolve day-to-day production support issues, and work cross-functionally to ensure teams have the inventory, equipment, and information needed to execute their work.\nYou will also partner with Quality and Manufacturing teams to coordinate the rollout of process changes, including training, documentation, and implementation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, can manage competing priorities, and communicates clearly to keep work moving forward.\nResponsibilities\nCreate, maintain, and update daily manufacturing schedules in alignment with production build plans and development priorities.\nCoordinate day-to-day manufacturing activities and respond quickly to issues that could interrupt production.\nTroubleshoot routine manufacturing support issues, including locating inventory, resolving manufacturing execution system workflow issues, and escalating problems when needed.\nMonitor equipment availability and manufacturing supplies, documenting and escalating equipment downtime, missing consumables, and other operational blockers to the appropriate owners.\nServe as the primary Manufacturing point of contact for change-control implementation, coordinating with Quality and other stakeholders on process updates, training requirements, and rollout plans.\nHelp ensure manufacturing activities follow approved procedures, revision controls, and applicable quality-system requirements.\nMaintain accurate manufacturing records and tracking information, including work travelers, serial numbers, inventory status, and production progress.\nCoordinate across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and other teams to communicate priorities, address blockers, and ensure changes are implemented consistently.\nRequired Education\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nRequired Qualifications\nAt least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.\nAt least 2 years of experience in management, project coordination, or project management support.\nExperience using a manufacturing execution system (MES), production traveler, serial-tracking system, or similar manufacturing tracking tool.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing workflows, including process steps, subassemblies, serialized versus lot-tracked components, and the importance of following approved procedures.\nAbility to manage frequent interruptions and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on critical production needs.\nClear, direct, and timely communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and escalate issues appropriately.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when tracking schedules, inventory, equipment issues, and process changes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working within a quality management system (QMS), including engineering change orders (ECOs), revision control, training records, nonconformance reports (NCMRs), or equivalent processes.\nExperience coordinating manufacturing change-control rollouts, including documentation updates, training, and implementation tracking.\nExperience supporting manufacturing in a regulated, medical device, hardware, or other quality-driven environment.\nFamiliarity with inventory management, production planning, equipment maintenance coordination, or manufacturing supply tracking.\nExperience working in a fast-paced startup or product development environment where manufacturing processes are evolving.\nParadromics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
