You'll primarily be focused on sourcing top 1% talent to join the Paraform team, driving a culture of excellence, and supporting the company with everything else hiring-related as we rapidly scale.\nYou'll be hands-on sourcing, closing, and iterating on our process - while also laying the recruiting infrastructure that scales with us.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting - from kickoff to close\n\nSource proactively and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, with a bias toward finding non-obvious talent that others miss\n\nPartner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and what \"great\" actually looks like for each role\n\nDefine and continuously sharpen our interview process, scorecards, and candidate experience for technical hires\n\nBuild repeatable sourcing playbooks, calibration frameworks, and pipeline tracking that raise the bar over time\n\nServe as a genuine ambassador for Paraform's mission - you should be able to speak credibly about our product, our market, and why the best engineers should want to work here\n\nIdentify recruiting tooling, sourcing channels, and workflow improvements that increase quality and efficiency\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally with 1+ year spent in-house at a high-growth VC backed startup (Seed to Series C)\n\nProven track record closing strong candidates in a competitive market\n\nDeep sourcing chops - you're not waiting on inbound; you know how to find people and get them interested\n\nHigh ownership mentality and comfort operating without a playbook\n\nBuilder mindset - excited to create process and structure where there isn't any\n\nStrong experience building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders\n\nFamiliarity with the recruiting industry or marketplace businesses is a plus (and genuinely interesting to us)\n\nAbout Paraform\nParaform is the first end-to-end AI recruiting marketplace, modernizing one of the largest and most fragmented markets in the world: hiring.
