We need an Account Manager to ensure our existing clients are successful with the product, understand their needs, and identify growth opportunities within their organizations.\nYour mission\nAutonomously manage an existing portfolio of client accounts. Ensure clear product adoption, respond to customer questions, resolve straightforward support issues, and maintain strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders (IT teams and executives).
