We're a small, fast-moving team building a product that's already live in hospitals - and we're scaling.\nUntil now, the Operations team has been handling everything: client onboarding, customer success, internal process building, and analytics. We're growing fast, and we need someone who can take full ownership of a client portfolio and help us structure our ops for the next stage.\nYour mission\nAs our new Ops, you'll work hand in hand with Clémentine (Operations Manager) to deliver a best-in-class experience to our hospital clients and internal coders - from day one of onboarding to long-term success. You'll also contribute to building the operational backbone that lets Parallel scale without losing quality.\nConcretely, you will :\nOwn the onboarding and follow-up of a portfolio of 30+ clients (hospitals and internal coders), ensuring smooth adoption and top-tier support\n\nBuild and maintain scalable CS processes, tools and routines to monitor client satisfaction and usage\n\nLeverage data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across client workflows and internal coding operations\n\nAct as the key link between clients and our Product & Tech teams - translating field insights into actionable priorities\n\nOutcomes\nAt 6 months, you will have :\nIndependently managed a portfolio of clients end-to-end, with no escalation needed for standard situations\n\nDeployed and trained new clients without Clémentine's direct involvement\n\nIdentified and implemented 1 to 2 process improvements on internal ops (tracking, dashboards, workflows)\n\nEstablished yourself as a trusted point of contact for both clients and internal teams\n\nYou are :\nAutonomous and structured. You manage your workload without being told what to do next. You build your own tracking systems, follow up proactively, and close loops without being reminded.\n\nHands-on and pragmatic. You'd rather ship an imperfect solution and iterate than wait for the perfect framework. You figure things out.\n\nAnalytically sharp.
