In autonomy and physical AI, there is no margin for error.\nThe Role\nAs a Product Manager, you will work closely with our Chief Product Officer to manage Parallel Domain’s simulation and neural reconstruction products.\nThis role combines hands-on product management, customer interaction and strategic product roadmapping with highly technical work across AI development, simulation, programming and autonomy.\nYou will spend significant time with customers understanding how they use simulation to accelerate autonomous-system development, then translate those needs into scalable product capabilities.\nWe are looking for someone comfortable operating in ambiguity, solving complex technical problems and turning customer needs into winning products.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive strategy and execution for our core products, from customer discovery and roadmap definition through launch, adoption and measurable business impact.\nDevelop a deep understanding of workflows across autonomy, robotics, computer vision and simulation teams.\nContribute to quarterly roadmap planning across Product and Engineering.\nDefine and track product success metrics, including adoption, workflow efficiency, data-generation throughput, scenario coverage, model performance, platform reliability and revenue impact.\nTranslate complex technical and customer needs into product direction while distinguishing one-off requests from broader platform opportunities.\nCommunicate priorities, experiments, roadmaps and decisions across technical teams and executive stakeholders.\nBring structure and clarity to ambiguous technical problems.\nRepresent the customer internally with Engineering and leadership.\nSupport launches through documentation, demos, sales materials, release notes and internal training.\nStay current on developments in autonomy, robotics, synthetic data and AI infrastructure.\nTravel to customer sites to understand workflows and product needs.\nWhat We Are Looking For\n3+ years of product management experience with platform or infrastructure products, ideally APIs.\nExperience building B2B enterprise products.\nWorking knowledge of machine-learning frameworks, embodied AI development and simulation.\nProficiency with Python.\nStrong ownership mentality and experience taking products from zero through initial release and continued development.\nAbility to work effectively across functions and navigate resource and priority tradeoffs.\nStrong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nComfort operating in ambiguous, open-ended environments.\nWillingness to travel and spend time with customers.\nStrong Signals\n2+ years in software development, engineering or another technical role.\nComputer science, engineering or related degree.\nExperience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Account Manager or Customer Engineering Lead at a simulation, developer-tools or autonomous-systems company.\nFamiliarity with closed-loop simulation, scenario-based testing or sensor-in-the-loop
