Forklift Operator - $19 - $20.50 per hour

Parallel Employment is seeking dependable Forklift Operators to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in Darien, WI.

You will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to transport and organize materials across the facility. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in all tasks.

Long Term Temp to Hire Opportunities.

1st shift: 6am- 4:30pm Monday - Thursday with OT being on Friday

2nd shift: 4:30pm-3:00am Monday - Thursday

Wage: $19.15 - $20.50 per hour, depending on shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load/unload shipments, move materials, and organize inventory.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions promptly.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous forklift operation experience required.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
