Parallel Employment is thrilled to announce openings for Assemblers to join our team in a cutting-edge manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling popular hand tools and parts into finished products, ensuring high quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Follow assembly instructions and schematics to accurately assemble components
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
1st shift: 6:00 am -2:30 pm, M-F
2nd shift: 2:45 pm-12:45 am, M-TH
Pay: $16.00-18.00/HR (+$1 shift off-shift premium)

Requirements
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and understand technical documents, such as blueprints and assembly manuals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
