Job: You will own full-cycle recruiting for Parallel’s marketing team, running searches from intake through close across product marketing, demand gen, growth, content, brand, and marketing ops. You’ll partner directly with marketing leadership and the founders to define role scope, build interview loops, and calibrate what “great” looks like for each role, including how to evaluate portfolios, work samples, and take-home exercises.
