Come help us build it !\nContext\nWe’re looking for a Product Designer to join our first Designer on Parallel’s design: the app used every day by hospital coding teams, as well as the brand. You’ll work daily with Product Managers, Engineers and the Ops team.\nYou’ll work on complex, domain-specific topics, with demanding users.\nYour mission\nOwn product improvements end to end, including some product management: understand the need, frame and define the problem, prioritize, design the solution, then follow it through to production. You own the whole chain, from the need to delivery.\n\nDesign the app’s interfaces, from user flows to final UI.\n\nPrototype quickly, including by coding with tools like Claude or Cursor when that’s the most efficient way.\n\nPush code to production.\n\nContribute to branding.\n\nWho you are\nYou have 4 to 7 years of experience.\n\nYou have experience as a strongly product-minded Product Designer, gained in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up.\n\nYou have high standards for the visual quality of interfaces.\n\nYou can take on product management topics.\n\nYou want to work on the brand as well.\n\nYou use tools like Claude or Cursor to speed up your work.\n\nOur values\nPlay to Win: we don’t aim for “good enough”.
