You would set the standard for taste and voice on every site we make, and grow a team that can hold it.\nRequirementsWhat you would do.\nOwn the content across the websites we design: the narrative, the structure, the headlines, and the copy on every page.\n\nSet the bar for voice and quality, and grow a small team of two or three strong writers who can meet it.\n\nUse AI fluently, so the work gets both faster and better.\n\nWork with designers from the first day of a project, so words and design grow together instead of meeting at the end.\n\nWhat you would bring.\n7+ years of experience writing for B2B or SaaS products and websites.\n\nReal brand and creative range, backed by work you can show us.\n\nWeb design foundations, so you understand how a page is built and how it should flow.\n\nA fluent, modern way of working with AI.\n\nThe instincts of a maker who loves writing and can also lead a team.\n\nGood to have.\nA background in copywriting, brand, or agency and studio work.\n\nExperience working directly with clients.\n\nRange across acquisition sites built to convert and credibility sites built to earn trust.\n\nPublic work, talks, or writing that shows your point of view.\n\nHow we hire.
