Parallel Systems is a freight rail technology company headquartered in Los Angeles, California, and founded in 2020 by former SpaceX engineers. The company builds autonomous battery electric rail vehicles that carry a single container each and couple into short platoons, aiming to move freight in smaller, more frequent loads than a locomotive hauled train. It has run federally approved test programmes with United States railroads and targets short haul routes currently served by trucks.

Parallel Systems is pioneering autonomous battery-electric rail vehicles designed to transform freight transportation by shifting portions of the $900 billion U.S. trucking industry onto rail. Our innovative technology offers cleaner, safer, and more efficient logistics solutions. Join our dynamic team and help shape a smarter, greener future for global freight.
