testability and quality.\nEvaluate and introduce new technologies and approaches, including AI-based testing and automation.\nWhat you should have:\n5+ years of experience in QA, test automation, or software development.\nStrong hands-on experience with Python and pytest.\nExperience working with complex multidisciplinary systems and products across software, hardware, and networking domains.\nExperience with Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, REST APIs, networking, or distributed systems.\nExperience designing and maintaining automation frameworks.\nStrong knowledge of Git and CI/CD, preferably Jenkins.\nExperience with AI-assisted development or testing.\nSolid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.\nExperience with API, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.\nStrong debugging and troubleshooting skills.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.\nAbility to lead technical initiatives and influence teams without formal authority.\nEducation:\nB.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical
