The Program Manager directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. They will drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram Management of DoW and USG programs involving mesh networking solutions including Open RAN based 5G/6G solutions for federal and defense applications.\nAccountable for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program through all phases, from inception to completion.\nCoordinate with customers and subcontractors to negotiate, finalize,and track Statements of Work, milestones, risk register, schedule,and cost variances.\nEstablish and execute program plans in a firm fixed or cost-plus program constructs.\nGrow the program by proactively identifying and capturing additional and/or follow-on scope.\nWork collaboratively with the functional organizations and empower teams to meet and/or exceed program contract goals.\nOperate within a highly dynamic and changing environment and adapt to shifting customer and company strategic priorities.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in el.ectrical engineering or similar engineering field with a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience\nAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship under federal law, or currently hold an active SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance. \nExperience managing DoW development projects for RF communications, networking, or cellular applications. \nProject Manager Professional (PMP) certification.\nKnowledge of US DoW and Government Project Management practices and Earned Value Management (EVMS).\nExperience using Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.\nTechnical background in RFcommunications with strong business
