unblock failing builds, onboard new services, and make the paved path the easy path\nLead AI initiatives within the engineering group: integrate AI-driven tooling into the pipeline and the broader SDLC for code review, test generation, failure triage, and developer productivity\nWhat you should have:\n10+ years in DevOps, Build/Release Engineering, or a similar role, with CI/CD as a primary responsibility\nDeep hands-on expertise with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins strongly preferred - including pipeline-as-code, shared libraries, etc)\nStrong Git skills, including branching strategies, merge/rebase workflows, monorepo or multi-repo tradeoffs, and repository administration\nProficiency with Atlassian tooling - Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence - and with automating across them\nExperience with artifact and dependency management (Artifactory/JFrog, Nexus, or similar), including repository layout, retention, and promotion policies\nStrong scripting and automation skills in Groovy, Bash, Python, or Go\nProficiency with containers and orchestration -
