customer-reported and internal QA issues.\nHandle field issues, debugging, and customer support escalations.\nBring up and maintain LTE test setups in a running state.\nCollaborate with peers to augment LTE/5G knowledge and drive engineering productivity.\nContribute to product performance improvements and ensure high-quality deliverables.\nSkills & Experience\nProven experience in telecom software development (LTE / 4G, preferably with exposure to 5G).\nStrong expertise in protocol development (RRC, MAC, RLC, PDCP).\nExcellent design and coding skills in C/C++.\nHands-on experience with Unix/Linux real-time operating systems.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills for complex telecom systems.\nExperience handling customer issues and fixing field problems.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work across global teams.\nQualifications\nMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Telecommunications.\nExperience in product development roles (not QA / Integration / pure testing).\nFamiliarity with telecom standards, LTE architecture, and 5G evolution.\nExposure to telecom product lifecycles and performance
