Let’s talk more about the Senior Data Analyst role and see if we’re destined to be together.\nAs a Senior Data Analyst you will:\nBuild a comprehensive understanding of how customers move through our digital ecosystem-from initial visit to purchase and beyond\nAnalyze and mitigate customer churn effectively while also driving strategies for customer acquisition and optimize trial-to-conversion processes\nMake data driven strategy recommendations in these areas such as customer acquisition, customer activation and retention as well as media mix modeling, marketing attribution and experimentation\nDeep dive into advanced analyses, providing robust models tied to business objectives and outcomes, and being able to derive meaningful conclusions from it\nIdeate and implement unexplored analyses that can identify areas of opportunity that support business goals and evolve business strategy\nPartner with business stakeholders and data engineering to define key metrics and build scalable, user-friendly dashboards that translate complex data into meaningful insights, drive adoption, and support strategic decision-making\nBe able to work independently, identify dependencies to unblock projects, and craft courses of action to complete projects\nManage multiple complex projects in parallel tracks\nWhat YOU Bring to the Team:\n5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, Revenue Analytics, Customer Analytics, Data Science, or related analytical field.\nAdvanced database and data transformation skills with preferred experience in Snowflake and dbt. \nStrong understanding of data modeling concepts, data governance, and data quality best practices.\nStrong expertise in data visualization, and dashboard development (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) with a proven ability to translate complex datasets into intuitive, actionable reporting for technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience in analyzing key customer pathways, surfacing friction points to identify where experimentation can improve flow and conversion\nProficiency in BigQuery, Google Analytics, advantages and limitations of GA4 event tracking and its effect on analytics \nUS:\nWe have millions of users and decades of innovation under our belts. \nWe offer a fully remote workspace.
