Let’s talk more about the UX & Graphic Designer role and see if we’re destined to be together.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign and prototype pages for parallels.com, from wireframes through polished, developer-ready visual designs \nEvolve our design system, components, and templates while maintaining brand consistency throughout the site. \nPartner with the web developers to ensure pages are built and released accurately. \nIdentify opportunities to improve existing UX, usability, visual hierarchy, and conversion. \nCreate branded assets across web, social, events, and other marketing initiatives or sales opportunities. \nUse analytics, testing, and customer behavior to improve design decisions. \nExplore and use AI-assisted tools for ideation, prototyping, production, and workflow efficiency while maintaining strong creative judgment and brand quality. \nCollaborate with other creative teams and with requesting stakeholders \nStay current with UX, visual design, AI, and digital trends. \nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of experience in UX, digital, visual, or graphic design.\nA strong portfolio showing both visual craft and UX thinking.\nStrong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems and prototyping.\nStrong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.\nSolid understanding of responsive web design, usability, accessibility, and modern UX principles.\nAbility to turn broad or ambiguous requests into clear design solutions.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.\nExperience working across multiple projects in a global environment.\nCuriosity and hands-on interest in AI and emerging creative tools.\nNice to Have\nExperience with CRO/A/B testing, web analytics, HTML/CSS, SaaS or ecommerce, and multilingual websites.\nUS:\nWe have millions of users and decades of innovation under our belts. \nWe offer a fully remote workspace.
