As an AI Developer, you will take high-level requirements and turn them into secure, scalable technical solutions. You will combine hands-on agentic AI development with strong backend and front-end capability, helping to build, integrate and evolve an AI platform that delivers practical value for users and the organisation.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild and integrate AI agents and AI assistants for enterprise and public-sector use cases.\nDevelop agentic workflows, orchestration and integrations to enable reliable AI-powered experiences.\nDevelop and integrate APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) services.\nDesign and implement backend services, including authentication and authorisation for AI-powered applications.\nImplement secure and efficient data storage, retrieval and management solutions.\nDevelop front-end components for the AI platform where required.\nIntegrate AI solutions with existing systems, APIs, databases and enterprise services.\nResearch and evaluate emerging AI technologies, determining how they can be applied to project requirements.\nCollaborate across UX, product, business and development teams within an Agile delivery environment.\nOwn technical delivery, proactively identifying risks, solving problems and driving solutions through to completion.\nQualifications:\n5+ years of software development experience, including strong backend development experience.\nHands-on experience building AI agents or AI-powered solutions.\nExperience with AI assistants, chat platforms, agentic workflows or comparable solutions.\nStrong experience developing and integrating APIs, backend services and third-party integrations.\nExperience implementing authentication and authorisation within applications and APIs.\nExperience working with data storage, databases and data retrieval.\nExperience with MCP or comparable AI service integrations.\nStrong front-end development experience.\nExperience working in an Agile development environment.\nHighly proactive, curious, research-oriented and self-directed,
