Lead Full Stack Developer (AWS & React) (PL850)

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong AWS and React expertise to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience building enterprise applications and leading technical initiatives in agile environments.

This role requires a highly technical, solution-oriented individual who is comfortable working across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and technical sales support. The successful candidate will partner closely with internal sales and client teams on solution design, technical discovery, architecture discussions, and customer engagements.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to support technical solutioning, client discussions, demos, and pre-sales activities
• Translate business and client requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, sales stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers through code reviews and technical guidance
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and cloud deployment strategies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript

• Extensive AWS cloud engineering and architecture experience

• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Java, or similar technologies
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Solid understanding of cloud-native application development and distributed systems

• Experience supporting technical stakeholders and working alongside sales or client-facing teams

• Experience participating in pre-sales, solution consulting, or client presentations

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services, telecommunications, or public sector projects
• Exposure to serverless architecture and event-driven systems
• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Knowledge of DevOps and site reliability engineering practices
• AWS Certifications are considered an asset
