The successful candidate will serve as the central point of coordination across business, technology, data engineering, architecture, analytics, and leadership teams.\nThe client is transforming its data ecosystem by migrating from a traditional Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) model to a modern, scalable Enterprise Data Platform (EDP). This initiative is foundational to the organization's data strategy and will enable improved data management, accelerated onboarding of new data sources, enhanced analytics capabilities, and support for emerging AI-driven solutions.\nThe way that this project will be delivered will be using AI assisted methodology and agentic frameworks and thus an ability to embrace new delivery patterns is key.\nThe ideal candidate is a tech-centric, data-centric Project Manager with proven experience leading enterprise data programs and managing delivery within complex technical environments. This individual must be a strong communicator, a proactive problem solver, and a delivery-focused leader capable of driving accountability and achieving results.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the project in the capacity of a Project Manager/Scrum Master.\n\nManage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, issues, and resource coordination.\n\nAdopt AI-assisted delivery methodologies.\n\nDrive execution across multiple workstreams involving data engineering, architecture, analytics, reporting, governance, and business stakeholders.\n\nFacilitate the migration and modernization of data assets from legacy Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environments to modern cloud-based platforms.\n\nEnsure project teams remain accountable for deliverables, timelines, and commitments.\n\nIdentify, escalate, and proactively resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies.\n\nCoordinate with executive stakeholders and provide clear, concise reporting on project health, progress, and key decisions.\n\nFacilitate project governance forums, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.\n\nPartner with data engineering and architecture teams to understand technical requirements and delivery impacts.\n\nSupport Agile delivery practices and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.\n\nDrive successful implementation and adoption of modern data and analytics capabilities.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery practices.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of Project Management experience leading medium-to-large enterprise technology initiatives.\n\nProven experience managing enterprise data, analytics, BI, reporting, or data transformation programs.\n\nExperience with AI-assisted delivery and familiarity with topics like Github Copilot and Agentic frameworks is an asset to this role.\n\nStrong understanding of data ecosystems, data engineering concepts, and analytics delivery.\n\nExperience managing complex projects involving multiple technical and business stakeholder groups.\n\nAbility to drive execution, influence stakeholders, and hold teams accountable for delivery commitments.\n\nDemonstrated success delivering projects within Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall environments.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience working closely with technical teams including:\nData Engineering\n\nData Architecture\n\nBusiness Intelligence\n\nAnalytics\n\nReporting Teams\n\nStrong risk management, dependency management, and issue resolution capabilities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with large data platforms such as Data Lakes, Data Warehouses or Lakehouses. Project experience working on large-scale data migrations, platform changes or modernizations.\n\nExperience managing programs involving Databricks and modern cloud data platforms.\n\nExperience working with Azure Data Services, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or similar technologies.\n\nExperience supporting AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, or Agentic AI initiatives.\n\nExperience within large enterprise, consulting, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, or public sector environments.\n\nPMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification is considered an asset.\n\nTechnical Knowledge\nThe successful candidate should have familiarity with:\nData Lakes, Data Warehouses & Lakehouse Architectures\n\nAI / GenAI Concepts\n\nDatabricks\n\nData Integration &
