easy-to-understand visual narratives.\nCreate professional charts, diagrams, infographics and visual frameworks.\nImprove existing presentations through strong layouts, visual hierarchy and storytelling.\nMaintain and develop presentation templates and design systems.\nDocument Design\nDesign and beautify proposals, reports, business documents and client-facing materials.\nCreate professional layouts for content-heavy documents.\nImprove readability through typography, structure, visual hierarchy and supporting graphics.\nEnsure final documents are polished, consistent and presentation ready.\nVideo & Motion Graphics\nConceptualize, shoot and edit professional videos.\nCreate corporate, campaign, explainer, event and presentation videos.\nDevelop storyboards, scripts and visual narratives where required.\nCreate motion graphics, animations and visual effects.\nEdit video footage, audio, music, voiceovers and other production elements.\nDevelop short-form digital video content for different audiences and channels.\nSupport video production and on-location shoots.\nHandle cameras and basic video production equipment.\nExplore AI-assisted video creation and emerging creative technologies.\nInternal & Employee Communication\nDevelop engaging visual communication for employees and internal audiences.\nCreate assets for organizational announcements, campaigns, events, celebrations and employee engagement initiatives.\nSupport newsletters, leadership communications and internal digital channels.\nDevelop visual identities and creative assets for internal campaigns.\nAdapt communication across different formats while maintaining consistency and clarity.\nCreative & Conceptual Thinking\nUnderstand the objective and context behind every creative
