In this role, you will collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to design and deliver a unified system that aggregates performance data from multiple game engines, processes results, and clearly highlights performance issues. \nYou will play a key role in defining the software architecture, database schemas, and overall system experience, while helping to track and visualize optimization progress over time. As this is a brand‑new platform with no prior internal equivalent, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape its foundations and influence how performance testing is approached across our game development teams. \nWhat will you do: \nLead architecture and evolution of frontend & backend services, integrations and data flow for a platform supporting gaming department,\n\nDrive system design reviews and enforce coding standards,\n\nEvaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools, \n\nEnsure performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and security of the platform,\n\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early in the development lifecycle,\n\nCreate and maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical roadmaps\n\nStay hands-on by contributing to application development when needed,\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Game Developers, DevOps and UI/UX designers,\n\nMentor engineers and propagate best practices across teams. \n\n We are looking for Engineer that: \nIs self‑reliant and can take responsibility for future deliverables, \n\nValues collaboration, knowledge sharing, and contributing to the team's overall effectiveness, \n\nStays up to date with modern technologies,  \n\nWants to actively participate in product and technical decision making,  \n\nUnderstands DevOps practices and infrastructure automation, \n\nEnjoys working in a team,  \n\nEasily and openly communicates in English,\n\nBonus: has experience with platforms and tools used in gaming industry. \n\n And on the technical side, we need: \n8+ years of experience in software development,\n\n2+ years in a similar role making architectural decisions,\n\nProven experience building and scaling platform-level products, \n\nStrong understanding of C4 model (or similar architecture frameworks),\n\nProficiency in coding in at least one programing language (preferred: Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, Python, C++/C#),\n\nGood understanding of cloud platforms, version control, automation, monitoring, analytics, containerization, distributed systems & scalability.\n\n We offer: \nEmployment contract,
