We’ll look for you to engage with your team; leading and coaching them to deliver better results week on week, along with making sure that they adhere to working standards, policies and procedures.\nWhat you’ll do\nmanage a sizeable team of warehouse operatives\ninspire, engage and coach your team to be highly efficient\nwork towards tight deadlines and critical measures\ndevelop and build positive relationships with various internal business partners\ndrive warehouse standards, procedures and policies- particularly health and safety\nanalyse performance data\nidentify areas to improve process within your team and the warehouse operations\nplan and organise the delivery of own and your teams work load\nWhat you'll bring\npreviously managed a sizeable team, preferably from a logistics or FMCG background\nthe ability to work at pace and accuracy\na great track record of reaching and exceeding critical performance measures\nan understanding and great knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures\ngreat planning skills and able to organise your own and teams workload\nan understanding of how poor service can impact stores and customers\nstrong and confident communication skills\nexcellent IT skills\nWhy Co-op?\nAt Co-op, we’re owned by our members.
