Knowledge and Expertise\nExp: 5+ Yrs\n· Experience working in an IT service delivery or support function OR\n· MBA or Degree in Information Technology or Information Security.\n· Experience working with Microsoft technologies.\n· Excellent communication skills developed working in a service centric organization.\n· Ability to interpret fault descriptions provided by customers or internal escalations and translate these into resolutions.\n· Ability to manage and prioritize own workload.\n· Experience leading technical or process-based forums and meetings such as the Change Advisory Board.\n· Experience working within Education Technology would be an advantage.\n\nTechnical knowledge\n\n· Advanced Microsoft Active Directory configuration and support.\n· Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud hosting platform administration.\n· Microsoft SQL server experience.\n· Windows Server and desktop management and configuration.\n· Microsoft IIS web services administration and configuration.\n· SQL backups experience.\n· Advanced scripting and automation capabilities.\n· Advanced knowledge of IOT and device management systems.\n· Good knowledge of Azure analytics and KQL.\n· Advanced knowledge of cashless catering
