Working closely with an autonomous, cross-functional team, you will translate customer and market insight into a clear product vision, strategy and outcome-led roadmap that supports business growth and delivers an excellent experience for schools and their end users.\n\nYou will be accountable for customer and business outcomes in the SchoolHire domain, using research, product analytics, feedback and market trends to make informed decisions. As the central link between customers, engineering and wider teams including Customer Success, Sales and Marketing, you will create alignment, prioritise for value and enable iterative delivery. You will also oversee acceptance testing and launch readiness, represent SchoolHire at relevant industry events and help ensure the platform remains the market-leading solution for facility hire.\nKey Responsibilities\nUse customer insight, product data, market trends and problem validation to define the product vision, strategy and intended outcomes, aligned with SchoolHire and ParentPay Group objectives\nOwn and continuously develop an outcome-led product roadmap and clear product positioning\nDevelop a deep understanding of schools, hirers and other end users through research, feedback and product analytics, identifying their needs and pain points\n Own value-based prioritisation, enabling the cross-functional team to break down and deliver improvements iteratively for the highest customer and business impact\nPartner with engineering to shape, size and scope solutions, provide clarity throughout delivery and make informed trade-offs\nDefine acceptance criteria and coordinate testing, release readiness and sign-off for new functionality\nBuild trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations and create alignment around a common product vision\nCollaborate with ParentPay payment teams to optimise payment journeys and mechanisms across the platform\nEquip Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and onboarding teams with clear product messaging, insight and launch support\nRepresent SchoolHire at relevant trade shows and industry events to deepen market knowledge and support business growth\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nProduct management experience in a customer-centric, cross-functional digital product team\nExperience defining product vision, strategy and outcome-led roadmaps \nExperience using customer research, market insight and product analytics to inform decisions \nExperience delivering and continuously improving products through a test, learn and iterate approach \nExperience in marketing and trade shows (desirable)\n\nSkills and knowledge\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nAbility to translate customer and business needs into clear outcomes, priorities and product
