scripting, workflow development and integrations.\nExperience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.\nIT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) experience. \nExperience with Mobile and Portal development\nProven problem-solving and analytical abilities\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nStrong JavaScript, HTML
